Apparently, your Bill of Attainder is on the benevolently humanitarian side of an Attorney General. Note that this Bill of Attainder creates the crime, too, as soon as it finds one guilty of it; that is, in fact, an ex post facto law (one that creates a crime of a previous act that was not criminal when done).
